👨‍🍳 The Role
We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a skilled and passionate kitchen team. You'll work closely with a young, dynamic Head Chef (age 30)—so we're looking for someone who can bring energy, respect, and a willingness to take direction from a younger leader.
Age is not a concern—a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team mindset are key.

✅ Competitive Salary: €15–€17 per hour, DOE
✅ Weekly Tips: Additional €60–€80 paid weekly

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Run and oversee a specific section in a busy kitchen

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Train and mentor junior staff

Maintain food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen organization

Ensure high-quality, consistent food output

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or higher
✔️ Strong skills in seafood and Irish/European cooking
✔️ Able to take direction from a younger Head Chef with professionalism and flexibility
✔️ Energetic, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Ready to relocate quickly – preferably within 7–14 days
