Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Wexford. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented, friendly team of chefs in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity to express creativity, grow professionally, and become an integral part of a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and internal guidelines.
Show creativity and passion for cooking, especially with locally sourced ingredients.
Stay up to date with dietary requirements and current culinary trends.
Maintain excellent hygiene standards and comply with HACCP regulations.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in line with manufacturer instructions and Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef.
2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow direction.
Strong work ethic and a passion for food.
