Position Details:
Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Keogh’s Ballyconneely, Connemara, Co. Galway, Ireland
Salary: €34,000 per year (depending on experience, DETE compliant)

Accommodation:

✔ Cost: €30 per week only
✔ Zero transport cost (accommodation located at workplace)
✔ Accommodation is optional and not a mandatory deduction from salary

Job Description
Keogh’s Ballyconneely is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team in Connemara. The successful candidate will manage their own section, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency in a busy hospitality environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards
🔹 Manage an assigned kitchen section independently
🔹 Assist with mise en place and daily food preparation
🔹 Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
🔹 Ensure cleanliness and organisation of workstation
🔹 Assist with stock control and rotation
🔹 Work effectively as part of a close-knit kitchen team

Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
🔹 Experience in a busy professional kitchen
🔹 Good level of English (spoken and written)
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage a section independently
