Hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)
Location: The Four Winds Restaurant & Bar, Main Street, Charleville, Co. Cork, Ireland
Salary: €34.000 per year (Gross annual salary)
Accommodation: Low-cost long-term accommodation available for the full duration of the contract, only 100 euro per week,deducted from weekly wages.
Start Date: immediate
About the Role: a hospitality venue in Ireland is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is a long-term position with accommodation support.

Responsibilities
✔ Manage your assigned kitchen section independently
✔ SPrepare, cook, and present dishes to consistent standards
✔ Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance Assist with prep, ordering, and stock rotation
✔ Work effectively within a multicultural team

Requirements:
🔹 Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years experience as Chef de Partie
🔹 Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations
🔹 Comfortable working in a busy environment
🔹 Good working level of English
🔹 Experience with Filipino cuisine preferred (not essential)
