The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop managerial skills, support restaurant operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Operations Management: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
🔹 Staff Supervision & Training: Manage and support front-of-house staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
🔹 Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
🔹 Scheduling & Staffing: Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
🔹 Opening & Closing Procedures: Oversee daily setup, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
🔹 Stock & Ordering: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficiency.
🔹 Kitchen Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
🔹 Hygiene & Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
✔️ Leadership & Organization: Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
✔️ Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to manage staff and engage with guests.
✔️ Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally.
✔️ Work Under Pressure: Comfortable managing fast-paced service in a high-volume restaurant.
✔️ Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✔️ Administrative Skills: Ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and restaurant logistics.
