Job Overview
We are recruiting motivated General Operatives from Poland and other EU countries to work on manual lettuce harvesting and farm operations.

This role involves outdoor fieldwork, farm machinery use, and packhouse tasks. Candidates must be physically fit and have experience harvesting crops manually (e.g., lettuce, cabbage, celery, cauliflower, flowers, or tobacco).

📌 Specialized Role (March Start)
One General Operative will be trained in machinery operation (preferably with some English proficiency). Tasks include:
✅ Tractor driving
✅ Planter operation
✅ General farm maintenance

📌 Lettuce Harvesting (May Start)
10 General Operatives required to:
✅ Harvest, sort, and pack lettuce crops for distribution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
🌱 Farm Work
✔ Harvesting & Rig Production – Manual harvesting and processing.
✔ Grading – Sorting crops based on quality standards.
✔ Packing – Preparing lettuce for transport and storage.
✔ Planting & Propagation – Assisting in crop planting and growth stages.
✔ Crop Production – Ensuring optimal growing conditions.
✔ Machinery Operation (for trained individuals) – Operating tractors, planters, and farm equipment.

📦 Packhouse Work
✔ Production Line Tasks – Processing and packing operations.
✔ Grading & Sorting Duties – Preparing produce for distribution.
✔ Weighing & Packing – Efficiently measuring and packaging lettuce.
✔ Operation of Packhouse Equipment – Assisting in loading/unloading.
✔ Labeling, Crates & Boxes Management – Ensuring correct packaging.
✔ Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance – Keeping a clean, safe work environment.
